Your area of responsibility:

Support of customer accounts (Amazon Seller Central)
Listing optimizations according to Amazon SEO standards
Control/optimization of advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC)
Data evaluation and preparation of KPI reports
Data-based optimization of customer accounts
Preparation of success strategies and implementation of them
Carrying out market/competitor analyses

What you should bring with you:

Completed studies, completed commercial training or other relevant previous knowledge
Good understanding of numbers and hands on mentality
Reliability and sense of responsibility
Assertiveness and strong communication skills
Enjoyment of dealing with customers
Quick comprehension and structured way of working
Good written and spoken English skills
Safe use of MS Office and quick willingness to learn when using computer-based tools and applications
